This professional quality Neon FX Make up Kit gives the artist unparalleled face and body painting capabilities all in one compact jar. These face paints are specially designed to provide maximum control and high detail while painting on skin. Neon FX paint uses Wolfe's professional Hydrocolor technology which provides incredible single coat coverage with minimal water usage; the result is a no drip, easy to control, fast drying face paint that is resistant to cracks, peeling & smearing that can be applied with great detail. You can mix and blend each color prior to application so this six color pallet can create any color under the rainbow. Colors can also be layered on a second coat for an incredible multi color glowing effect. This neon colored face and body paint is vibrant in color under all normal lighting conditions yet comes to life with and explosion of glow when exposed to UV Black Light. Each neon color is fully Black Light Reactive and will respond aggressively when exposed to any UV light source. Mixing these paints will produce a unique glow effect since colored light mixes different then colors. To activate each paint dip your paint brush in clean water and gently brush the paint cake's surface. Very little water is needed to activate; once the paint has applied to the brush get painting!
