Nearly any location that you can purchase a money order you will be able to get a prepaid credit card. HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

SHIPPING INFO:

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Typically orders are processed and shipped with in 1-2 business days of placing an order. This time frame does not apply to orders that must be verified due to incorrect billing information provided by the customer or orders which have back ordered or out of stock items. If you are concerned with the date in which your order will be shipped please contact customer care for assistance.

We do offer expedited and next day air services, however All Next Day Air Orders Must be called in to our customer care line so we can make the proper delivery arrangements. 1-2 business day shipping IS NOT next day air shipping and though your package may be delivered the following day depending on your location 1-2 business day service only ensures 2nd day delivery. Packages are only delivered monday - friday excluding holidays.

Please note we ship only on Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Thursday night and request 1-2 business day shipping, it will most likely get delivered on Tuesday of the following week. This is because shipping is considered in BUSINESS DAYS, which means only Monday - Friday will your item be shipped. We do not ship any items after 5 PM Eastern Standard Time or on Saturday and Sunday. We are also not held responsible for any package delays due to miss-addressed or miss-handled boxes by you or the shipping provider not limited to bad weather or natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornado, volcanic eruptions or terrorist activity in your area whether it be UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. We do however, promise to make shipping your package our top priority and will be sure to get your package out as quickly as humanly possible. Take your measurements with a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. For the most precise measurements, measure over your undergarments.



A. Head: Measure the circumference of your head above your eyebrow ridge, keeping tape level and firm across your temples.

B. Neck: Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam's apple). Allow room for your index finger to sit between the tape and your neck.

C. Sleeve: Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Start to measure from the center base of your neck, measure across the shoulder and down to your elbow and wrist.

D. Chest: Wrap the tape around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, then drop arms at your sides to measure.

E. Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waistline. Wrap tape around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between your body and the measuring tape.

F. Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Run tape measure along the inside of the leg from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. Round to the nearest ½” to get your inseam. If you are purchasing pants you intend to machine wash, we suggest you add one inch to account for shrinkage. For outerwear, the inseam refers to the length of the jacket from the shoulder to the bottom hem.

RETURN POLICY:




Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. All returns must include all original packaging including tags... intact. If you are not satisfied with your order once you’ve received it, you can send it back to our warehouse for a return or exchange. All order sent back for return or exchange must be received by our returns department with in 30 days of original delivery. No order returned after 30 days will be excepted for return. Orders that come back after 30 days with out proper approval will be sent back to the customer at their expense. If a refused return is sent back again with out approval it may result is a loss of merchandise with no refund or exchange being granted.

Although we may be more lenient with the 30 day time period in regards to exchanges if extenuating circumstances apply, No refund can be applied to your order after 30 days. Unfortunately it is IMMPOSSIBLE for our system to generate cash credits after 30 days and for that reason no credits can be issued after the 30 day period has expired.


Damaged Goods Return Policy:

This policy ONLY applies to merchandise that is received broken or defective, not to items that have been used and broken. Items that are delivered broken or defective must be brought to our attention IMMEDIATLY. All un-used items that come to you broken or with manufacturer's defect MUST be reported with in 5 bussiness days of receiving your order. Please call our customer care line at 1-866-320-2537 to report any defects. This policy only applies to un-used merchandise and all issues must be reported with in a 5 day time frame. If defective items are not reported with in 5 bussiness days no compansation can be guaranteed since we must file reports with our couriers of distributors. If you receive a mis-handeled package that is damaged durring shipping a damage claim can be placed to replace any broken items.


Changing your mind about an item or an order you placed after you receive it is your prerogative and we are not responsible for shipping charges if you do so.

Refunds and exchanges given within 30 days after your order arrives. No exchange can be made after 30 days.

This Policy does not apply to international orders
. All exchanges will incur a return shipping fee

All returns for a refund may incur a minumum of a 10% restocking fee.

If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

Custom Printed Clothing and special orders CAN NOT be returned or exchanged, when placing orders for these items please double check your spelling and be sure of your size since we can not take back products of this nature.

Also, please explain what you would like to do (if exchanging, please tell us what size/color/style/shirt you want.) If you are returning multiple items please indicate clearly what you are doing with each item.

If you are exchanging and are out of the U.S., please include the credit card number you used to place your order with on your note and we will charge you the price of shipping based on the weight of the order once we resend your package.

If you are simply returning for a refund, we will credit your card when the items are received and you need not include any check for shipping.

I Never Received My Order

Answer:
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within 20 days from the ship date. Tracking information is available on most orders going to our Tracking Page and entering your order number.

* If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes.

Items shipped to Via USPS (usually APO and FPO addresses) cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to arrive.

If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a tracer with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 8 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will send a replacement as soon as the trace is complete.
