Shipping and Returns Policy



  • orders will be processed within 1 or 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time start their processing period the next business day.
  • does not process on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
  • An order confirmation email and tracking number email will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. 
  • is not responsible for packages stolen or lost, if this occurs the receiver MUST open a claim with the shipping service in-which we will work with once the claim is open and they contact us.
  • uses USPS and UPS to ship your items. Depending on the service used your shipment can be tracked using the tracking number emailed to you.
  • Shipping rates are based on time, weight and location. All shipping times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
  • Shipping cost can be estimated using our 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' calculator before checkout.
International Shipping: 
  • Once your shipment has left USPS international sorting facility, it may not be track able by or USPS depending on location.
  • All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Customs agents may delay delivery of packages.

Returning / Exchanging Merchandise
    1. Before you return merchandise to us you must email for approval and instructions.  
    2. Has to fall within the 30-Day period from receiving the order
    3. To Exchange the product MUST be unopened or in its original packaging with the tags still attached or washed.
    4. In order to receive a refund the product MUST be returned to us.
    5. If we Send you the label to return the goods we will not refund the shipping paid.
    6. Returns will deduct a 12% restocking fee.
